Job summary

You will maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM and QuickBooks, coordinate outbound shipments and returns, and ensure timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to drive revenue and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales support, client communication and/or shipping & logistics.
• 2+ years coordinating outbound shipments for a manufacturing company.
• Experience with CRM and QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment scheduling and delivery logistics with internal teams and vendors.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and sales reps.
• Support quotes, order entry, order management, documentation, and client communication.
• Review quotations and orders for accuracy, pricing, and completeness before processing.
• Monitor open quotations and orders and address delays or issues promptly.
