Job summary

Interior-Specialists,-Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency in our ERP system. You will verify order details, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management and Warehouse, and maintain organized electronic files to support timely fulfillment.

You will collaborate across Production, Design Studio, and Inventory to resolve discrepancies, support SOP development, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details and quantities against documentation before entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Branch Management and Warehouse to ensure availability of materials.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and assist in SOP development.
• Assist in completing orders for model homes and prepare reports for crew leaders and accounting.
