MITER Brands is seeking a Shipping I team member to support warehouse and shipping operations for Milgard Windows and Doors. The role involves staging, moving, loading, scanning, and documentation tasks with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The position offers a swing shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with mandatory overtime and a developmental path toward a Shipping II role within the team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer and scanning device experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staging and preparing products for shipment.
• Move materials and finished goods throughout the department.
• Support loading activities under the direction of Shipping Leads and Shipping II team members.
• Perform basic scanning, verification, and documentation tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with restaging, sorting, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and leadership.
• Perform bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and other material-handling activities throughout the shift.
• Learn MITER Brands shipping processes with the goal of developing into a Shipping II role.
