MITER Brands is seeking a Shipping / Forklift Driver in Gratz, PA. Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a $21.00/hour base pay plus a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include gathering orders, loading, securing products, and supporting shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand orders and product specifications.
• Learn and utilize the truck loading and scanning system.
• Load and secure products safely and correctly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Understand loading procedures and shipping responsibilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Learn product identification and proper loading techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed.
