Job summary

Bio-Techne Minnesota seeks a Shipping & Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the outbound Pick, Pack & Ship operations, guiding a team of 10–15 across shifts. You will plan labor, monitor performance metrics, and ensure accurate, on-time shipments in a regulated biotech setting.

You will collaborate with Quality, Customer Service, Planning, and Manufacturing to resolve issues, drive improvements, and maintain audit-ready documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4–6 years leading warehouse or fulfillment.
• Experience with labor planning, scheduling, and overtime management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Shipping Administrators, Team Leads, and warehouse staff.
• Set daily priorities and allocate labor to meet schedule.
• Lead outbound Pick, Pack & Ship with quality and productivity targets.
• Monitor order volumes and adjust staffing to meet commitments.
• Develop short and long term labor forecasts for workload changes.
• Maintain audit-ready shipment documentation for traceability.
• Investigate shipping deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage overtime and departmental labor costs while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, documented, and shipped per procedures.
