Job summary

MITER Brands, including MI Windows and Doors, Gratz PLant, Gratz PA, is seeking a Receiver / Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thur, 9pm-5:30am). Starting pay is $22.65 plus $1.50 shift differential, with strong benefits and room for growth.

This role handles receiving, cataloging, and organizing materials for production, plus prep for the shop floor, ensuring inventory integrity while using ERP systems and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• Must obtain powered industrial truck license; additional training for moving baskets and glass.
• Three to six months of experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft software.
• ERP system experience or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds; occasional push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes manufacturing lines with requested material and files appropriate paperwork.
• Empties gaylords and dumpsters and completes paperwork.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Verifies quantities of material received against packing slip.
• Places incoming material in designated area.
• Communicates with Receiving Supervisor and Buyer/Planners to ensure adequate Inventory Levels.
• Completes cycle counting.
• Data entry – receiving and transfer of product in SB Client (ERP system).
• Scanning – taking bar code labels from Buyer/Planners and placing on product as it is received.
• Other duties as assigned

• The employee will be required to obtain powered industrial truck license additional training on moving baskets and glass.
• Three to six months of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft software.
• ERP System experience or willingness to learn
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The employee must:
