Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Shipping / Forklift Driver for Gratz, PA. Multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a base pay of $21.00/hour and a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and growth.

You will gather and prepare customer orders, load and secure products for shipment, and support overall shipping operations while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand orders and product specifications.
• Load and secure products for shipment.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE.
• Support the overall shipping operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work 40+ hours per week including overtime.
