Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate daily workflow in our distribution center. You will monitor restock and orders, estimate task times, and communicate with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in warehouse roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4-6 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent organization and ability to multi-task daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restock volume and daily orders to efficiently assign tasks.
• Estimate completion times based on processing schedules.
• Communicate daily with leadership to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Train and coach staff on production guidelines and safety.
• Collaborate with other business units to achieve goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
