Job summary

SanMar Overnight warehouse is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate daily workflow, deploy resources, and meet distribution targets. The role requires converting plans to action, coordinating with leaders, and ensuring timely restocking and order processing.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position includes benefits and a shift from Sunday to Wednesday night.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restock volume and orders to assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Estimate time to complete jobs based on processing schedules.
• Communicate daily with leadership to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Train and coach employees on production guidelines and safety.
• Interact with other business units to achieve goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
