Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate and distribute daily workflow in the DC, deploying resources to meet company goals. You will monitor restock volumes, assign tasks to warehouse staff, and estimate completion times.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 4–6 years of warehouse experience, ability to read and identify colors, sizes, SKUs, and strong organizational skills. You may operate lift equipment and must follow safety guidelines; expect some overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred (4–6 years).
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restock volume and order counts to efficiently assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Estimate time to complete jobs based on internal processing schedules.
• Communicate daily with leadership to ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and coach employees on production guidelines and safety.
