Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator to support the maintenance and logistics of our linen processing facility. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and orderly loading/unloading to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and maintaining safe operations with PPE and forklifts. A proactive, detail-oriented approach helps you keep equipment up and running in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial laundry or processing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiar with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on laundry and boiler room equipment.
• Order parts and manage vendor relationships to keep equipment functional.
• Oversee and manage the Purchase Order process for maintenance.
• Input work orders for damaged or leased office equipment in the system.
• Safely operate forklifts/man lifts and wear PPE as required.
