Job summary

Pure Flavor Farms LP is seeking a Document Technician (Shipping Clerk) to ensure accurate billing and traceability for products shipped from the distribution center. You will track orders, communicate with warehouse staff, and coordinate with drivers to allocate shipments.

Responsibilities include data entry in FAMOUS®, monitoring orders, preparing pick tickets and BOLs, and ensuring paperwork is complete. A background in record management in produce and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in record management in the produce industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety.
• Experience with ERP software FAMOUS® preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry; record product input and output in FAMOUS®.
• Monitor FAMOUS® continually for changes and print pick tickets.
• Communicate to supervisors all order variances.
• Ensure pick tickets and paperwork are attached to proper BOLs.
• Distribute tallies and pick tickets; post on shipping board as trucks arrive.
• Generate pick tickets, resolve discrepancies, and complete revisions.
• Review customs documentation and communicate with customs brokers.
• Communicate with sales, revising tallies and POs with drivers; reprint tickets and BOLs; print inventory for shippers.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
• Ensure compliance for GMPs, SOPs, policies and procedures.
• Other core expectations as defined by the company.
