Foster Farms is hiring team members to operate on the production line, handling packaging flows and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role offers hourly pay with shift-based premiums and comprehensive benefits.

Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with premium pay for evening and overnight shifts, plus longevity and attendance bonuses after one year of service. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Must follow established rules and procedures and accept feedback.
• Work safely and set an example of good working habits.
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove packages from baskets and place them on infeed belts to pre-price scales.
• Stack empty baskets and dividers; keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Move wheeled racks weighing 200–400 pounds.
• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly.
