Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to join our production workforce. You will cut chicken using small hand-held tools, pack products, and place labels on trays as part of a fast-paced production line.

Expect shifts with varied hours, including potential overtime and weekend work. You will work in a cold or warm environment, follow GMPs and food-safety policies, and participate in a proactive team setting to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance, including overtime and weekends.
• Follow GMPs and all Food Safety procedures.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 80 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for production.
• Pack product into foam trays or plastic bags.
• Label and arrange trays with chicken parts.
• Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling during packing and cutting.
• Rotate through multiple production areas during the shift.
• Place empty trays on the line and ensure proper setup.
• visually inspect and grade chicken parts for production quality.
• Work in cold or hot environments depending on area.
• Communicate with supervision and coworkers regarding tasks and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
