Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to organize and supervise the shipping department at our Northumberland, PA facility. The role balances office planning with hands-on floor supervision to optimize plant and trucking efficiency.

The candidate will manage daily schedules, coordinate with carriers, prepare reports, develop SOPs, and conduct health and safety audits to ensure cost, quality, delivery, and service objectives are met.
