Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Distribution Support Clerk to support daily clerical and analytical tasks across the distribution facility in Easton, PA. You will handle shipping clerk duties, prepare international documentation, and prioritize orders for picking and packing, serving as a link between internal teams and external accounts.

You will leverage FMS/WMS/DMS/TMS/PTAG systems to maximize throughput, ensure accuracy, and meet shipping deadlines while contributing to a culture of bold leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal departments and external customer accounts.
• Solid analytical and planning skills with the ability to assess workload capacity and support operational decision-making.
• Experience with or ability to learn distribution systems including FMS, WMS, DMS, TMS, and PTAG (training provided).
• Ability to prepare international shipping documentation in compliance with relevant requirements.
• Proven ability to work as a team player and adapt to a dynamic, evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping clerk duties with precision and accountability, managing shipment details end-to-end for assigned customer accounts.
• Take ownership of order processing workflows, ensuring customer orders and special events are prioritized and fulfilled accurately.
• Manage competing priorities with strong multitasking skills, maintaining quality and attention to detail across all assigned responsibilities.
• Prepare required international documentation to support global shipments and ensure compliance with cross-border requirements.
• Analyze and manage shipments for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery that supports the fan purchasing experience.
• Leverage distribution systems to monitor operations and surface data-driven insights that support smarter decision-making.
