Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with hourly pay of $25–$27 and involves shipping, receiving, inventory control, and orderly, compliant warehouse practices.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, stocking inventory, picking/packing orders, loading outbound shipments, supporting cold-chain processes, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is a plus.
• ERP/MRP experience such as QAD preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized work environment.
