Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Dock Clerk to manage the flow of goods at the receiving dock, verify documents, and coordinate with planning and transportation teams. The role demands attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will monitor loading activities, ensure accuracy of bills of lading, invoices and packing lists, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven dock clerk experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and device scanning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading of containers and packages onto transport vehicles.
• Ensure receiving documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists) are accurate.
• Physically verify goods against shipping documents using scanners or RFID systems.
• Supervise dock workflow to maintain efficient, timely operations.
• Coordinate with planning, transportation, and other teams for smooth shipments.
• Report damages or discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
