Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Prior Dock Clerk experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Well-organized with reliable data updating abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading containers and packages at docks and ensure safe transfer.
• Ensure all receiving documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists) are accurate.
• Physically verify goods against shipping documents using inventory systems.
• Supervise dock workflow and coordinate with operations, drivers, and team members.
• Maintain clear communication with other shipping departments for smooth operations.
• Observe and report damage or discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
