MELALEUCA INC in Idaho Falls, Idaho is seeking Shipping/Distribution Team Members for a full-time on-site role. The position starts at $14.40 per hour and focuses on picking, packing, and distributing products to fulfill customer orders in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Candidates must be dependable, punctual, able to read and follow procedures, perform basic math, stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Able to climb stairs.
