Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls is seeking Shipping/Distribution Team Members to ensure a quality experience for customers. Starting pay is $14.40 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with a longevity bonus and profit sharing after the introductory period.

You will perform selecting, packing, and shipping duties in a clean, climate-controlled, safety-focused environment, with opportunities to promote and grow within the company while enjoying an employee voucher program and

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to climb stairs
