Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking an Order Picker to join a fast-paced distribution team. You will select orders, inspect for accuracy, and prepare shipments in a climate-controlled facility.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $14.40 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, longevity bonuses, profit sharing after 6 months, and on-site benefits. Promotion opportunities exist within a stable, customer‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to climb stairs

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment
