Job summary

Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers, with picking and packaging experience a plus.

The role is on-site, part-time, with pay $15.40 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Schedule: 2:45 PM to 1:15 AM, 7–10 days per month, plus benefits like 401(k) matching, longevity bonuses, and a monthly product allowance.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Order selection (picking).
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy.
• Pack and ship products for customer orders.
