Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our Seward, NE facility. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound materials, verifying shipments against documents, and handling SAP-based transactions and shipping portals.

The ideal candidate will have a GED, at least 1 year in warehouse/shipping, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to operate powered industrial vehicles with a valid PIV certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification.
• Experience reading and interpreting shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Basic computer skills including SAP, Outlook and Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, supplies, and components.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders; report discrepancies or damage.
• Process receiving and shipping transactions in SAP and shipping portals.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stage materials in warehouse locations.
• Communicate shipment status and issues with supervisors and team members.
