Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in shipping software, ERP systems, or order management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records using internal systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
