Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience.
• Experience with parcel shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily parcel shipments using major carriers.
• Schedule and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Obtain freight quotes and select carriers based on cost and service levels.
• Monitor shipments from departure to delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
