Accurate Personnel LLC in Bolingbrook, Illinois is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to coordinate daily carrier pickups, prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices) and verify shipment contents. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics or warehouse operations and is proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:20 pm, pays starting at $18 per hour, with a benefits package including medical, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar shipping/coordination role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review shipping data, identify discrepancies, and support cost-effective shipping decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across teams and with external partners.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and prepare all necessary courier documentation to ensure on-time shipments.
• Generate and review shipping documents including bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping invoices, and customs forms.
• Verify shipment contents against tally sheets, pre-load checklists, and manifests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with the inventory management team to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper stock levels and shipment readiness.
• Communicate effectively with customers and carriers regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and general order inquiries.
• Ensure all international shipments comply with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address issues that may impact delivery timelines.
