Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Carol Stream, IL to manage daily shipping and freight operations.

You will handle domestic transport, work with clients, and use our ERP system to keep shipments moving in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include freight booking (LTL, FTL, 3PL), customer updates, data entry of orders and BOLs, resolving delays, and maintaining shipping paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution logistics.
• Experience setting up LTL, truckload, and 3PL freight.
• Background in B2B or retail customer service and problem resolution.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software and carrier web portals.
• Ability to multi-task under tight daily deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Problem Solving: Resolve carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or freight damage.

• Shipping Skills: Proven experience setting up LTL, truckload, and third-party freight.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
