Sazerac Company in Maryland is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping activities and keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You will coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include carrier check-ins, loading assignments, and processing documents in the warehouse management system, while tracking discrepancies and driving improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse/industry work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Logistics and carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Manage carrier check-in, loading, and staging activities to meet priorities.
• Process shipping documentation (BOLs, ship confirmations, manifests) in the WMS.
• Track shipping discrepancies and support reporting and issue resolution.
