Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including order picking, dock assignment, and verification.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, manifests).
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and schedule changes.
• Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound tasks.
• Track shipping performance and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting process improvements.
