Fresh Texas is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator in Austin, TX to oversee daily shipments and warehouse activities. You will ensure accurate counting, proper storage, and timely delivery of finished goods, while coordinating with other departments to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The role requires forklift certification, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years verifiable forklift / heavy lift equipment experience.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Proficient in math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipments and warehouse activities to ensure accurate counts and on-time delivery.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Verify shipping documents, prepare bills of lading, and ensure correct loading temperatures.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas following FIFO procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet OSH, GMP, and safety policies.
