• Prepare export documentation and shipping records for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and partners to ensure documents are accurate and submitted timely.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and shipment records across internal systems.
• Track open requests and communicate updates, delays, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Support appointment scheduling, routing requests, and follow-up activities for shipments.
