Vandapower is hiring a Logistics Employee to join our Austin team. You will help move and store goods, work with the Logistics Foreman, and ensure shipments meet quality and delivery standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires organization, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and strong teamwork. You may lift heavy items and participate in stock counts while contributing to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Basic computer skills and good communication.
• Willingness to stand, walk and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Picking appropriate products for shipment or internal use.
• Take timely action to properly maintain stock and perform necessary stock counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet logistics goals.
• Pack and stack outgoing goods and understand proper packaging.
