Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for our Hebron, KY warehouse. The role focuses on timely processing of outgoing shipments (LTL) and ensuring orders meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, preparing documents, and verifying quantities. Evening shift 3:30PM-12AM with overtime opportunities, ideal for candidates with High School diplomas and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Shipping all customer orders by the required ship date.
• Confirming all product orders meet customer requirements.
• Scheduling all shipments via specified truck carriers.
• Research and utilize most economical delivery options.
• Generate packing/shipping documents.
• Audit shipment quantity for accuracy.
• Confirm delivery of shipments with customer.
• Resolve lost or mis-directed shipments with carrier and customer.
• Maintain storage of shipping documents.
• Maintain warehouse supplies related to shipping function.

This Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of all outgoing shipments (LTL) in accordance with company operational and quality procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Shipping all customer orders by the required ship date
• Confirming all product orders meet customer requirements
• Scheduling all shipments via specified truck carriers
• Research and utilize most economical delivery options
• Generate applicable packing/shipping documents
• Audit shipment quantity for accuracy
• Confirm delivery of shipments with customer
• Resolve any lost or mis-directed shipments via carrier and customer
• Maintain proper storage of shipping documents
• Maintaining warehouse supplies related to shipping function in an organized manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED or one to two years' experience in warehouse distribution.
• Be able to speak, write and understand English.
• Experience in MS Excel and MS Word required
• Attention to detail with alpha and numerical data
• Knowledge of key corporate business systems required
• EVENING SHIFT, 3:30PM-12AM, OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
