• 0 to 2 years in Administrative or related position with Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 to 4 years in Administrative or related position with Associate's Degree.
• 4 to 6 years in Administrative or related position with High School Diploma or GED.

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for aShipping Coordinatorto join our team. The ideal candidate will provide overall office/administrative support for the Warehouse department.

Your Priorities

• Provides clerical support for all outbound shipments.
• Maintain Plex, customer portals/websites, and spreadsheets to track key shipping operations.
• Breakdown and create standards based on customer shipping, packaging, and staging manuals.
• Manage and create instructions for scheduling and ASN transmissions for various customer websites.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet the shipping requirements of all pre-production orders.
• Assist with data maintenance and employee training on all shipping processes.

Requirements

Your Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of experience in Administrative or a related positionOR
• Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of experience in Administrative or a related positionOR
• High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of experience in Administrative or a related position.

Experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment preferred.

Salary Range: $40,000- $50,000
