Job description

• Permanent position for a Shipping Coordinator handling domestic and international order fulfillment for an electronics manufacturer.
• Pick, verify and pack orders against ERP records and customer requirements.
• Process shipments through parcel carrier platforms, courier services and LTL freight carriers.
• Prepare and audit domestic and international shipping documentation.
• File Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the ACE portal for qualifying export shipments.
• Flag sales order discrepancies and route them to the responsible party for correction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with international shipping and export documentation.
• Experience filing EEI through the ACE portal.
• Experience with ERP order processing and parcel carrier shipping software.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and standard freight terminology.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Availability for overtime as required.
• Non-exempt hourly position.
