Job summary

Integrative Staffing Group is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Zelienople, PA for a first-shift, temp‑to‑hire role. You will manage shipping tasks to support production and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include creating packing lists, bills of lading, and tracking delivery status. A high school diploma and 1+ year shipping experience are required; knowledge of international shipping is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year shipping experience (steel service center preferred).
• Experience with international shipping, customs, USMCA, AES, etc., a plus.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift/crane as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using a TMS and logistics providers.
• Work with Production to ensure on‑time shipping.
• Track shipments and verify delivery status.
• Maintain shipping records and respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on freight claims.
• Post daily shipping information in the company database.
• Provide freight rates to Estimators and Inside Sales.
• Honor customer‑specific shipping requirements.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
