Job summary

PTC Auto seeks a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Bryan, OH. You will manage domestic and international shipments (LTL & TL), keep the shipping office organized, and communicate with carriers and sales staff to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in warehouse distribution or shipping, familiarity with WMS and MRP software, strong math and Excel skills, and the ability to work well in a team while staying self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with carriers and sales reps.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of domestic & international shipments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain an organized shipping office in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Collaborate with external shipping teams to ship orders timely
• Assist in scheduling, document creation, and communication of all necessary customer shipping documents
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the shipping department.
• International understanding of NMFTA' / SED' documents
• Understanding the correct country documents necessary for out of country shipments

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills
