Job summary

Top Drawer/GO Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage shipping and receiving, staging, and portal operations. You will work as the point of contact for tracking, updates, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely shipments.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping, basic computer skills, and familiarity with FedEx/UPS, BOLs, and inventory software. Training on the Wish portal is provided; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

2+ years in a shipping and receiving environment.
Must be comfortable on a computer and possess basic computer literacy.
Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals (Wish portal).
Education: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and portal operations.
Stage, prepare, and palletize products for timely shipment.
Serve as the point of contact for tracking requests, order updates, and customer service inquiries.
Review priority reports to sequence daily workloads and meet deadlines.
Support monthly inventory checks and tracking accuracy.
Cross-train and assist on the production floor during low-volume periods.
