Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-secondary coursework is a plus.
• Two years clerical experience in shipping/receiving is a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare products for shipment.
• Prepare bills of lading and enter data into Citros system.
• Post shipments to customer orders and balance pending shipments.
• Close out orders after shipment and upload documents to portal.
• Maintain shipping records and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Support Visalia plant and production clerical team as needed.
