Job summary

SOLVE-IT COMPANIES LLC in Santa Maria, CA is hiring for a full-time shipping/warehouse position. You will prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers and direct-to-customer orders, and ensure items are labeled and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely.
• Prepare cartons and shipments according to fulfillment center requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Use computer systems to process and track shipments.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Location: Santa Maria, CA Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers as well as direct‑to-customer orders

Qualifications

• Able to stand and work throughout the shift


• Previous shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
