Paycom in Visalia is seeking a warehouse clerical professional to assemble orders and prepare shipments. You will generate bills of lading, enter data into Citros, and maintain shipping records while coordinating with logistics teams.

The role requires a High School diploma and two years of shipping/receiving clerical experience, proficient Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work any shift, including weekends. Office in a warehouse environment with routine data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble orders and prepare products for shipment.
• Prepare bills of lading and record shipments.
• Enter data into Citros system and maintain shipping records.
• Coordinate with logistics and tank farm managers on deliveries.
• Ensure adequate shipping materials and post shipments to customer orders.
