Job summary

Arvato is seeking a warehouse associate to perform a range of packing and shipping tasks at our Memphis facility, ensuring accurate handling and timely carrier handoffs. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will process exports, manage internal shipping systems, palletize and stage packages, and support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining strict safety standards and 5S guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts.
• Follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process all export parcel shipping requests through designated carrier systems.
• Process customer packages using an internal shipping system.
• Hand off all processed packages to carriers at scheduled pick-ups.
• Palletize, wrap, strap, and/or stage packages according to carrier and service level.
• Ensure drivers sign in and record truck arrival/departure times.
• Ensure trucks and sea containers are loaded correctly and paperwork is signed.
• Support departmental process improvements.
• Follow 5s Program and safety regulations.
• Perform additional tasks to maintain an efficient, safe workplace.
