Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Fremont, CA. This is a 6‑month contract with potential extension based on performance. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:30 am–5:00 pm. You will prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing shipments to ensure accurate on-time delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping, experience with LTL/parcel/freight, and proficiency with BOLs and carrier systems. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse shipping experience.
• Experience with LTL, parcel, and freight shipments.
• Proficient in BOLs and shipping docs.
• Experience using carrier systems (FedEx/UPS).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels, manifests).
• Coordinate daily shipments with carriers.
• Verify shipments against orders for accuracy.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
