Job summary

Ladish Valves is seeking a shipping/receiving operator on site in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include marking parts for shipment, packing, and coordinating with freight companies to ensure timely delivery.

You will inspect parts during packing, prepare bills of lading, and create packing lists. Strong reading of work orders and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices.
• Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral).
• Must work independently with minimal supervision, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to read and understand work orders, drawings, and other written instructions.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to type, email programs and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Mark parts for shipment (stamping, vibra tool, etc.).
