Employnet, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and warehouse operations in Reno, NV.

You will prepare outgoing shipments, verify orders, and ensure secure packaging and timely dispatch. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of shipping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, basic arithmetic skills, and experience with international shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consecutive shipping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• International shipping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Package, box and label finished goods for shipping by carriers, couriers, suppliers, customers and company employees.
• Follow packaging and shipping protocol per each customer's specification.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as labels, shipping logs, packing lists and waybills.
• Ensure daily shipments are completed as scheduled.
• Move materials safely between finished goods storage and packing areas.
• Check shipping damage reports and coordinate resolution with shipping supervisor.
• Compare shipping authorization against documentation for accuracy.
• Record non-conformities and coordinate resolution with shipping.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Employnet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to assist with daily shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring products are packaged securely and shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibility: Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for the packaging and shipping of finished products for fulfillment of customer orders.

Activities:

• Package, box and label finished goods to be shipped by common carriers, couriers, suppliers, customers and company employees
• Follow packaging and shipping protocol per each customer's specification
• Prepare shipping documentation such as labels, shipping logs, packing lists and waybills
• Ensure each days' scheduled shipments are completed
• Safely and properly move materials to and from finished goods storage area
• Check any reported shipping damage and coordinate resolution with shipping supervisor
• Compare shipping authorization against shipped documentation for accuracy
• Record non-conformities and notify and coordinate those with shipping for the resolution of those
• Other responsibilities as needed

The ideal candidate will have the following:
