Aliaxis is seeking a proactive Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. You will oversee the accurate processing of outgoing shipments and work with warehouse tools to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include packing, operating forklifts and RF scanners, and using WMS to track inventory. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with departments to keep distribution efficient in a fast-paced environment where precision matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping processes.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and AS400 ERP systems.

• Prepare and package orders using appropriate materials, ensuring products are secure for transit.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements accurately.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders efficiently in an e-commerce setting.
• Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400.
• Ensure all shipments comply with safety standards and company policies for shipping & receiving procedures.
• Assist in maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas for optimal workflow and safety.

• Prepare and package orders using appropriate materials, ensuring products are secure for transit
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements accurately
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders efficiently in an e-commerce setting

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes
• Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar ERP systems
• Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and inventory calculations
• Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing, and order picking techniques in an e-commerce environment
• Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
