Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/shipping environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and AS400 ERP systems.
• Strong math and inventory counting skills.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders using appropriate materials, ensuring products are secure for transit.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements accurately.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders efficiently in an e-commerce setting.
• Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400.
• Ensure all shipments comply with safety standards and company policies for shipping & receiving procedures.
• Assist in maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas for optimal workflow and safety.

• Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and inventory calculations
• Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing, and order picking techniques in an e-commerce environment
• Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
