Are you motivated to deliver great results and customer service? Do you enjoy working with people? Then consider joining us as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our site in Rialto, California. You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities. You will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.50 per hour.

How you create impact

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
• Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
• Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management
• Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
• Verify and receive product into inventory
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
• WMS and customer service experience
