Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible for tasks related to receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping products and materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Provide leadership to the department; assign daily work and set priorities.
2. Schedule inbound loads of customer products and materials to facilitate production needs.
3. Schedule outbound shipments to meet customer deadlines.
4. Verify counts, quantities, and descriptions of shipped and received products and materials accurately.
5. Ensure safe and efficient handling of all products and materials.
6. Facilitate replenishment of products and materials to production lines.
7. Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including production issues, transfers, and returns.
8. Record inventory movements using the inventory control system.
9. Perform physical inventory counts periodically.
10. Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
11. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety policies.
12. Perform Material Handling duties when needed.
13. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor as required.
14. Interact with customers and vendors.
15. Coordinate with other departments for team effort and problem resolution.
16. Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and workspace.
17. Work safely and efficiently following company policies.
18. Overtime may be required.
19. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not supervise staff but provides leadership to Material Handlers and liaises with other departments.

Candidates will undergo drug screening after a conditional job offer and before employment begins.
